Introduction:
The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 places specific responsibilities on every role involved in Construction, including the Client, Principal Designer, Designers, Principal Contractor, Contractors and workers. If you or your organisation performs any of the duties under the CDM Regulations 2015, persons performing these duties need to understand and appreciate the duties placed upon them.

The recent Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 have changed considerably compared to the 2007 regulations, which it replaced. If anyone performing any sort of construcution on non-domestic properties then this course applies to you, no matter how big or small the project is. From converting a small converatory to a multi million pound project then you need to know where your role lies within this piece of legisaltion. Whether the project has either one contarctor only or more than one contractor, know what your role is for the Client, Principal Designer, Designers, Principal Contractor, Contractors and workers.

Test and Certification:
At the end of the course you will be given a test of 20 multiple choice questions. The required pass rate is 85%.
You will be able to download and print (if required) a digital certificate on completion of the course.
