Legionaires Disease – £15 + VAT

Introduction:

Legionella is bacteria which can lead to Legionnaires Disease through warm aerosol producing systems such as Air Conditioning Units. This course will raise awareness to all those that has these systems on site and what precautions can be taken to ensure that people are not exposed to this potentially harmful bacterium.

Who the course is aimed at:

This course is aimed at anyone in a supervisory or management position who works in an establishment that has warm aerosol producing systems in place.

Test and Certification:

At the end of the course you will be given a test of 20 multiple choice questions. The required pass rate is 85%.

You will be able to download and print (if required) a digital certificate on completion of the course.

Main course certificates last 3 years. (Refresher courses are available and recommended every 12 months).

 

Accreditation:

Course Duration:

Main Course: Approximately 40 minutes (excluding time taken for the final exams).

Refresher Course: Approximately 25 minutes (excluding time taken for the final exams).
